履帶式拋丸清理機(jī)主要用戶是機(jī)床廠、汽車廠、彈簧廠、熱處理車間、鑄造車間和沖壓車間。履帶式拋丸機(jī)利用高速 回轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪,將彈丸拋向滾筒內(nèi)連續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)的工件上,達(dá)到清理的目的。它適合對(duì)各行業(yè)中的小小型鑄件、鍛件、沖壓件等 進(jìn)行拋丸除銹、去除氧化皮和表面強(qiáng)化,特別適用于不怕碰撞的零件的表面清理及強(qiáng)化。鑄件經(jīng)過拋丸清理,加工面便于 下道機(jī)械加工工序,不但可節(jié)省加工時(shí)間,而且可保護(hù)機(jī)床和刀具不受損壞;非加工面涂漆后,經(jīng)久不脫,提高產(chǎn)品使用 壽命和外觀質(zhì)量。

工作原理

A specified number of workpieces are added into the cleaning room. After the machine is started, the drum starts to rotate, and the cleaned workpieces are driven by the rubber crawler to continuously and uniformly turn over in the drum. At the same time, the shot blasting device efficiently throws out the shot to form a fan-shaped bullet beam, which evenly hits the surface of the workpiece, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning and strengthening. The thrown pellets and sand particles flow into the steel plate screen at the bottom of the cleaning room through the evenly distributed holes of the rubber crawler. The steel plate screen screens out the steel pellets and fine sand from the larger particles, drops them into the screw conveyor under the screen, and sends them into the elevator, where they are taken to the pellet separator for separation. Dust is sucked to the filter cartridge dust collector by the fan and filtered by the filter cartridge. The clean air emits big air, and the dust on the filter cartridge falls into the dust box at the lower part of the dust collector by pulse back blowing, so that it is cleaned regularly. The old sand flows into the waste sand bucket through the sand flow pipe (provided by the user). The mixture of the larger particles screened by the steel plate in the separator and the unfinished shot sand flows into the cleaning room through the shot pipe. After re-separation, the separated clean shot flows into the shot blasting device again through the shot-flowing pipe to start the shot blasting again.
